The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Ms. Thelma Louise Foster.
Ms. Thelma Louise Foster, age 92 of Elkton, passed away on Monday, May 4th at her home.
Thelma was born November 1, 1933 in Montgomery County, Tennessee daughter of the late Carney Kilgore and Martha Allen Kilgore.
She was a member of the Mt. Zion CME. She was a homemaker and she loved her family, sewing and quilting.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Horace Foster; a son, William Fuqua; four brothers, Lewis Edward Kilgore, Robert Kilgore, Clyde Kilgore and Willie Kilgore and two sisters, Mary Lee Johnson and Ruby Nell Davis. She is survived by two daughters, Vivian Webb (Samuel) of Louisville, Kentucky and Angela Grinter (Larry) of Elkton; a sister, Linda Craig of Clarksville, Tennessee; seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Visitation with the Foster family will be on Friday, May 22nd from 10:00 until funeral service time at 12:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home. Interment will follow at 2:00 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville.
