
A Fairview man was charged with trafficking drugs after being arrested on a warrant at his home Thursday.
Todd County Sheriff’s deputies say they arrested 42-year-old Billy Johnson on a warrant for failure to appear and during the arrest he was found to have suspected meth, hydrocodone, marijuana, and a handgun.
He was charged with trafficking meth second offense, trafficking hydrocodone second offense, trafficking marijuana, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and prescription controlled substance not in a proper container.
The investigation was a joint effort by the Todd County Sheriff’s Office and the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force.
