The Allegre Volunteer Fire Department is inviting the community to its annual Spring Fundraiser on Saturday, June 6, at the firehouse located at 5712 Allegre Road in Elkton.
The event will begin with a meal at 4:30 p.m. featuring barbecue and chicken plates for $20. Children ages 5 and under will eat free.
Following the meal, attendees can take part in a large auction to help raise funds for the department. Organizers said there will be no live music this year due to the size of the auction.
The fundraiser will also feature bouncy houses for children, making it a family-friendly event for all ages.
