A wreck on US 68 in Elkton sent three people to the hospital, two with severe injuries, on Tuesday afternoon.
Todd County Sheriff’s deputies say at 1:47 pm, an eastbound car ran off the road just past Kentucky 181 and hit an embankment, overturning several times, ejecting two people from the vehicle.
Everyone in the vehicle, Cain Hampton, Taliyah Tooles, both of Russellville, and Shonell Wilson of Elkton, were taken to Tennessee hospitals, with two being flown by helicopter.
Deputies were assisted by Todd County Rescue, Elkton Fire Department, Elkton Police Department, and Todd County EMS.
