A wreck on US 68 in Elkton sent three people to the hospital two with severe injuries on Tuesday afternoon.
Todd County Sheriff’s deputies say at 1:47 pm, an eastbound car ran off the road just past Kentucky 181 and hit an embankment overturning several times ejecting two people from the vehicle.
Two people from the vehicle were flown to Nashville hospitals and a third was taken by ambulance to a Tennessee hospital.
Deputies were assisted by Todd County Rescue, Elkton Fire Department, Elkton Police Department, and Todd County EMS.
