
The Todd County Grand Jury returned several indictments during its April session, ranging from drug possession and promoting contraband to persistent felony offender charges.
All individuals indicted are scheduled for arraignment in Todd County Circuit Court in May.

Kevin D. Hernandez-Perez, 26, of Elkton: Indicted on charges of first-degree promoting contraband, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (buprenorphine), and second-degree possession of a controlled substance. The charges stem from a November 2025 incident at the Todd County Detention Center. He is also charged as a first-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $25,000.

Micah H. Gray, 34, of Flat Lick: Charged with first-degree promoting contraband for allegedly possessing cell phones while lodged in the Todd County Detention Center in December 2025. Gray faces an additional charge of being a first-degree persistent felony offender based on prior convictions in Morgan and Knox counties. Bail was set at $10,000.

James D. Case, 38, of Russellville: Indicted on multiple counts, including possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana, possession of an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, and various traffic violations. He is also charged as a first-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $3,000 cash.

William G. Cantrell, 41, of Olmstead: Faces charges of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, 2nd offense), resisting arrest, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is also charged as a first-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $15,000 cash.

Eleonai D. Israel, 45, of Elkton: Indicted for second-degree terroristic threatening, harassing communications, and resisting arrest. The charges involve an alleged incident in early February 2026, where he was accused of threatening a public event and communicating with Life Skills with the intent to intimidate. Bail was set at $3,000 cash.

Charles Gamblin, 20, of Hopkinsville: Charged with first-degree promoting contraband (THC vape pens) while at the Todd County Detention Center and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $5,000.

Tori B. Hilburn, 33, of Lewisburg: Indicted for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, 2nd offense), possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI (controlled substance), and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $1,500 cash.

Eddie Joe Hart, 38, of Hopkinsville: Charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, 2nd offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,500 cash.
