Authorities have identified the individual in connection with the suspicious activity on Thursday morning.
Todd County Sheriff’s deputies say the individual is an occupancy verifier or field service representative, who is contracted by mortgage companies/lenders to verify if a property or properties are occupied, vacant, or abandoned.
Deputies extended a thank you to everyone who helped in identifying the individual.
