Mr. James Allen Swarey, age 30 of Guthrie, passed away Friday, February 6, 2026, at Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital. Services will be 10:00 a.m., Sunday, February 8, 2026, at the South District Amish Church, 4050 Penchem Road, Guthrie, KY 42234, with Bishop Marvin Kanagy officiating. Burial will follow in the South District Amish Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the church. Latham Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
James was bornon January 19, 1996, in Springfield, TN. He is survived by his parents, Robert Steven Swarey and Mabel Irene Schlabach Swarey, his brothers, Daniel Swarey of Guthrie and Mark Swarey of Cumberland Furnace, TN, his sisters, Dorcas Swarey of Guthrie, Judith Gingerich of Mifflin, PA, Sharon Miller of Cutler, OH, Esther Swarey, and Susanna Swarey both of Guthrie.
