Timothy Scott Reed, age 78 of Elkton, passed away at 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 28, 2025, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville, KY. The family has chosen cremation with a burial at a later date. Latham Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Reed was born on January 3, 1947, in Morristown, New Jersey. He was a software developer and had a B.A. Degree from American University. Mr. Reed was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force of the Vietnam Era. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kinzy Albert Reed and Lois Deputy Reed.
Survivors include his wife, Winifred Reed of Elkton, his son, Kinzy Owen Reed of Elkton, his brother, Rev. Calvin T. Reed of Lebanon, PA, his sister, Janet M. McFatter of Lafayette, Louisiana, and several nieces and nephews.
