Several dogs were found abandoned inside a home in Guthrie on Front Street, living in terrible conditions Tuesday.
Todd County emergency personnel say the 25 dogs had not been attended to in a very long time, feces was found all over the floor and in the crates with the dogs, and some crates had six dogs inside them.
The dogs were removed from the home and taken to the Christian County Animal Shelter, where they will soon be available for adoption. Authorities say the dogs are doing great now after being removed from the home.
Law enforcement says several counts of cruelty to animals are pending for the owner.
