The Todd County Chamber of Commerce hosted its annual awards dinner Saturday night.
The dinner was a 1940s-themed USO-style event, held at the Elkton Baptist Church Christian Learning Center.
During the dinner, Carolyn Farmer was named the 2025 Bryan W. Blount Citizen of the Year. She called it a great honor.
A devoted, longtime member of Providence Church, Farmer affirmed her commitment to embodying the spirit of Jesus throughout her life.

Small Business of the Year: Marklin Insurance Agency
Business of the Year: Todd County Animal Clinic
Legacy Award: Elkton Bank and Trust
