An Elkton man was charged with sodomy on Duke Street in Todd County on Friday morning.
Todd County Sheriff’s deputies say they arrested 48-year-old Richard Dukes on an indictment warrant charging him with first-degree unlawful imprisonment, ten counts of first-degree sodomy, and seven counts of third-degree sodomy.
No information has been released on what led to the charges.
