The Todd County Fish and Game Club will hold its Youth Shooting and Fishing Day Saturday, Aug. 23.
Children from four years old up to eighth grade-aged students are invited to bring their fishing poles and get involved with outdoor sports in the county this weekend.
Five educational stations will be available for students, allowing them to participate in fishing, trap, air rifle, archery and crafts.
Free lunch will also be provided for all.
Youth Shooting and Fishing Day will take place from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Martin Homeplace event center on Chester Martin Road in Elkton.
WEKT will be conducting a live community broadcast during the event with coverage on Todd 1070 AM, 92.1 FM and the WEKT website and mobile app.
