After five years with the school district, this year will be Superintendent Mark Thomas’ final graduation with Todd County.
Thomas says being in Todd County has been a huge blessing and he is so thankful for the way the community has embraced him and his family. He adds he thinks of Todd County as his second home and it will always have a big place in his heart.
Providing a quality education has always been the district’s emphasis, Thomas says, and he thinks it’s something that sets Todd County apart as a community and a school district. He notes the Board of Education has always held steadfast what is in the best interest of the county’s children.
Thomas says it takes a village to raise a child and Todd County has a wonderful village. He adds it’s been an absolute honor and pleasure to serve as superintendent for the past five years.
