Being selected to be an FFA officer is a great achievement and one of the highest honors a member can receive. Each new officer had to fill out a detailed application and be interviewed by the previous officer team to be selected. The officers were chosen based on the dedication and hard work they put into sustaining the chapter’s success.
The new 2026-2027 officer team for the Todd Central FFA was officially introduced during the chapter’s annual banquet, and the following individuals were selected:
The first elected officer is President Jesslyn Ezell, who will lead the chapter and conduct all of the meetings. Ezell said that she is “honored to have received this position” and “hopes to be a positive role model for members and make a lasting impact.”
Adilyn Weatherford was chosen to be the Vice President and will coordinate and lead the committees. Weatherford said that she “cannot wait for what the upcoming school year has in store” and is “happy to be a part of such an amazing and supportive club.”
In the secretary position is Peyton Collins, who will keep an agenda of all meetings and record the minutes. Collins stated that she is “grateful for this opportunity” and “excited to help plan lots of fun events this upcoming year.”
Chosen to be treasurer – Madison Holloway, who will control the financial aspect of the chapter. She is “excited to give back to an organization that has already given me so much.”
Katelyn Walker was elected reporter, where she will document and report on events that occur throughout the year. Walker says that she “will do my very best to serve this chapter to the best of my ability.”
The next elected officer is Sentinel, Grace Tabor, who will organize the meeting room before meetings and clean up after meetings. When asked about her position, Tabor said she’s “looking forward to learning, growing, and expanding my leadership abilities throughout the year.”
