The Todd County School District recently celebrated its first annual Team Todd County Celebration Dinner, where three special awards were presented to staff members.
One of these awards was the Excellence in Education Award, sponsored by First Financial Bank and awarded to North Todd Elementary Kindergarten Teacher Sheila Woodall.
The district shared the team at Todd County Schools is so grateful for the incredible staff they have across the district, whose “daily commitment, professionalism and heart make a lasting difference.”
Woodall was awarded $250 along with her Excellence in Education award. North Todd Principal Laura Boley said Woodall’s classroom is a place where every student feels valued, capable and inspired to learn.
“She balances high expectations with genuine enthusiasm,” Boley added. “Supporting growth not only academically but also in confidence and character. Her energy, consistency, and belief in her students create an impact that reaches beyond the classroom.”
Because of the dedication of Todd County Schools’ staff, the district said its students are supported, encouraged and given the opportunity to grow and succeed each day.
