
A Todd County man was injured in a shooting on Beech Creek Road in Muhlenberg County on Saturday afternoon.
Kentucky State Police say they received a call of a man with a firearm making threats, and found a Todd County man who was transported to a nearby hospital with a gunshot wound.
The investigation has reportedly led to the arrest of 62-year-old Harvey Lear of Nortonville, who is believed to have shot the Todd County man.
Lear is charged with first-degree assault, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree fleeing or evading police, tampering with physical evidence, and false report of an incident resulting in an emergency response.
