A man was found on South Streets Avenue in Elkton, Monday morning, with a head injury and was flown to a Nashville hospital.
Elkton Police say just after 11 am, a man was found in the road with a head injury and was rushed to a waiting helicopter that took him to TriStar Skyline Medical Center.
It is unknown what led to the man’s injuries, police say, adding they are working to find any security camera footage.
