Touch-A-Truck will return to Todd County Saturday, June 13 for its second year and the City of Elkton is seeking vehicles to participate.
Touch-A-Truck is an educational, hands-on event allowing children the opportunity to climb inside vehicles, honk horns, meet vehicle operators and learn all about how large, heavy-duty, specialized vehicles work.
The City of Elkton is inviting local businesses, farmers, organizations and individuals to open their trucks, tractors, emergency vehicles, heavy equipment and other unique vehicles for kids and families to see up close at the Elkton-Todd County Park this summer.
After the success of last year’s inaugural Touch-A-Truck, spots are limited and expected to fill up quickly. Those interested in bringing their vehicle should register no later than May 30.
Forms may be submitted to rcollins@elktonky.com, mailed to PO Box 578, Elkton, KY, 42220 or dropped off at Elkton City Hall.
