A man was charged after a report of a burglary in progress on Greenville Road in Todd County on Monday night.
Todd County Sheriff’s deputies say they were called for 40-year-old Henry Wilson and a woman who had made a forced entry into the home, and the caller could see them on camera.
The woman who had previously lived at the home was reportedly found inside, and the caller was explained how to properly evict her.
Wilson was located in a traffic stop. Deputies say there was a protective order between Wilson and the woman at the home.
Wilson was arrested and charged with Violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO and second-degree burglary.
