A report of a disturbance led to drug charges for an Elkton man at Favorite Lotto in Guthrie Friday night.
Todd County Sheriff’s deputies say they were called at 8:11 p.m. for 38-year-old Christopher Seiber, who was jumping on the counter and acting erratically.
He reportedly would not follow commands by deputies, and following a struggle, a taser and pepper spray were used.
He was arrested and charged with possession of meth, public intoxication, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, possession of an alcoholic container in a motor vehicle, and obstruction or interference with an officer.
Deputies were assisted by Todd County EMS and the Guthrie Police Department.
