Todd County farmers will be honored at a free agriculture appreciation breakfast Thursday, Feb. 26.
The Todd County Chamber of Commerce’s seventh annual Agriculture Appreciation Breakfast will be held from 7:30-9:00 a.m. at the Elkton Baptist Life Center at 301 East Main St. and feature guest speaker Charlie Hatcher, retired Tennessee Commissioner of Agriculture.
A fifth-generation Tennessee farmer and tenth-generation American farmer, Hatcher is recognized for his expertise in animal health and agricultural leadership. He has held several national leadership roles and operates a family dairy farm in Tennessee with his family, established in 1847.
The Chamber of Commerce asks farmers to reserve their seats no later than Friday, Feb. 20. Register for the breakfast HERE.
