Todd County middle school students have until the end of January to sign up for the Kentucky 4-H Summit Leadership Conference.
The conference will take place Thursday, March 12 through Saturday, March 14, and will bring sixth, seventh and eighth grade students from across the state to the West Kentucky 4-H Camp in Dawson Springs.
The summit is a three day, two night leadership conference, giving middle schoolers the opportunity to experience workshops where they will build leadership, communication and teamwork skills, participate in a service project and interact with other 4-H students and leadership from all over western Kentucky.
Todd County has limited spots for the conference, so applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. The total cost to attend is $150, due by Saturday, Jan. 31. Transportation will be provided to the conference from the Todd County Extension Office.
To sign up, come by the extension office to fill out an application.
