Mr. Bobby McGuire, age 82, of Ashland City, TN, and formerly of Elkton, passed away on Friday, December 26, 2025, at his residence. Services will be on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 1:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home with Rev. Curley Elmore officiating. Burial will follow at Stokes Chapel Cemetery in Todd County. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home. Services will be live-streamed at lathamfuneralhome.com.
Mr. Bobby was born on December 16, 1943, in Todd County. He was the retired owner of McGuire Logging. He is preceded in death by his parents, Alton Lee McGuire and Opal Louise Burton McGuire. Bobby loved hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Linda McGuire of Ashland City, TN, his son, Ricky McGuire and his wife Betsy of Charlotte, TN, his daughter Janet Smith, and her husband Mark of Elkton, his sister Kathy Hutchison of Elkton, his grandchildren, Kristie McGuire, Jessica Spicer, Caleb Smith, Josh Smith, and Trinity McGuire, and 10 great-grandchildren.
