James Thomas Martin of Logan County passed away on December 23, 2025. The son of the late Charles Henry Martin Sr and Mamie Mimms Martin, James was a farmer and a member of Spillman Chapel CME Church of Allensville.
Survivors include three sons, Rozelle Martin of Olmstead, Ky, Anthony Martin of Elkton, Ky, Michael Rose Russellville, Ky, Two Daughters, Carolyn Martin of Clarksville, Tn, Chiquita Rose Auburn, Ky, and a devoted friend, Shirley Gardener. 28 grandchildren, and 48 great grandchildren, a host of great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 3, 2025, at 1:00 at Taylor's Funeral Home in Hopkinsville.
Visitation will begin Saturday morning at 10:00.
Burial will be at the Spillman Cemetery in Allensville.
