A Todd County man was charged after a fight with a family member on Stringtown Road Monday night.
Todd County Sheriff’s deputies say they were called for 31-year-old Brian Mayes, who got into a fight with a family member over moving out and made threats to kill them.
He was arrested and charged with kidnapping, third-degree terroristic threatening, and wanton abuse/neglect of an adult by a person, according to the Todd County Jail.
