Mrs. Sandra Kay Singh, age 75 of Elkton, passed away 11:38 a.m., Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Elkton Nursing and Rehab. A cremation service taken care of by Latham Funeral Home has been chosen.
Mrs. Singh was born April 29, 1950, in West Hamlin, West Virginia. She was a self-employed housekeeper and had attended the Assembly of God in Phoenix, Arizona. She was preceded in death by her mother, Delores May Foley.
She is survived by her very good friend, Butch Croley of Elkton.
