Billy Goat Hill’s Elkton Square Location Closing In December

Billy Goat Hill in Elkton has announced updated plans to expand its operations.

Owner Melissa Weathers said they will vacate their current location by January 1st and have decided to have a new facility constructed along Kentucky 68/80, with hopes of completion by March. In the interim, they will remodel the family’s beauty shop into a store and catering kitchen.

The last day of operation at the current Elkton Square location will be December 20th.

The temporary location will offer hot grab-and-go breakfasts and lunches, as well as take-home meals. Catering services will also be available for various needs, including dinner orders. Once the weather warms up, outdoor seating will be provided.

Additionally, Billy Goat Hill plans to reintroduce its store, offering beef, chicken, sausage, seasonings, milk, ice cream, and other products, including Kentucky-made non-food items.

The Weathers family expresses gratitude for the community’s support over the past three years and looks forward to continued patronage.

They also note that the future occupant of their current location is not expected to be a restaurant.
