South Todd Elementary School is excited to welcome students and community members to their fall festival Saturday, Oct. 18.
The fall festival is the school’s largest fundraiser of the year, and Emily Carroll with Team Cardinal says this year’s event will feature carnival games, a food truck, petting zoo, haunted hallway, hayride and depending on the weather, a few inflatables.
Carroll adds the event will also have both a live and silent auction — as well as a raffle drawing — for the many prizes that have been donated.
All funds raised from the event will go toward student support and services that directly benefit the children at South Todd.
The auctions and cake walk will take place in the school’s gym, but everything else will be held outside. There is no entrance fee, but raffle tickets can be purchased for a $5 for 20 deal.
The fall festival will begin at 3 p.m., the auctions will take place at 4:30 p.m., the raffle drawing at 5 p.m. and the event will begin to wrap up around 6 p.m.
