As part of WEKT’s Pink Out celebrations through the rest of October, Wednesday, Oct. 8 will take its festivities to Guthrie.
WEKT will hold a community broadcast from 11 a.m. – noon at American Cafe, which will be donating a portion of its sales to the Pink Ribbon Network for breast cancer.
Stacey Squeglia, owner of Guthrie’s Happy Ice Cream and Snacks, says breast cancer awareness has become a passion for her and her business will also be donating its portions from Wednesday to the Pink Ribbon Network.
