Elkton’s HarvestFest drew a great crowd to the Square on Saturday for another successful festival.
Mayor Arthur Green told Your WEKT News Edge during HarvestFest coverage that the festival is always a great time.
HarvestFest is hosted by the City of Elkton, the last weekend in September each year.
