The F.A.I.T.H. Cancer Care Foundation, out of Clarksville, will be hosting a 5K Fun Walk/Run in Elkton next month.
Co-founder and four-time cancer survivor Simone Cuarino, A.A., made the announcement during the Loverne Forman Good Gospel Show Sunday afternoon on WEKT that the event will be held Saturday, October 11th, at the Todd County High School Track.
Instead of helping to fund cancer research, the funds will go to patient care.
The Sunshine House will be a source of refuge from the negativities of a cancer diagnosis.
F.A.I.T.H. stands for: Foods that are healthy, Assistance with daily living, Information that heals, Tangible goods, and Hope for tomorrow.
