The Green River Academy is currently seeking sponsors for Todd Countian Carolyn Wells’ newest book, “Notables of Todd County II.”
This is the second edition of Wells’ “Notables” book, which will cover new people, places, events and notable memories in the county. A Green River Academy board member, Wells has decided to donate this edition to the academy in order to help raise funds for the continued restoration and rehabilitation of the historic space.
In the near future, the academy is hoping to continue installing historically accurate windows and doors as well as begin installing an electrical system inside the building.
The academy is looking for interested sponsors for the book, offering $250 tax-deductible sponsorships with a deadline of Friday, Aug. 22.

“Notables of Todd County II” will be available to the public in early November.
