The Cook-Webb Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mr. Steven Mattingly.
Mr. Steven Mattingly, age 66 of Guthrie, passed away on Sunday, July 20th at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, Tennessee.
Steven was born April 29, 1959 in Loretto, Kentucky son of the late James Mattingly and Sue Ann Batcher Mattingly.
He worked as a butcher at the IGA in Clarksville. He loved his family and enjoyed being outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Teresa Mattingly of Guthrie; three sons, Steven Mattingly (Kristen) of Clarksville, Jessie Mattingly of Clarksville and Taylor Jurisin of Spain; two brothers, Tony Mattingly of Richmond, Kentucky and Jeff Mattingly of Louisville, Kentucky; one sister, Michelle Mattingly Wells of Louisville, Kentucky and two grandchildren, Mackenzie and Austin.
Visitation with the Mattingly family will be on Friday, July 25th from 3:00 until memorial service time at 5:00 with Father Al Bremer officiating.
