Todd County FFA Chapter Gained Skills At FFA Camp

From July 7–11, fifteen members of the Todd Central FFA Chapter—including chapter officers and committee chairwomen—were selected to attend the FFA Leadership Training Center leadership camp. They were joined by fellow FFA members from chapters from across the state for a week of growth and connection.

Throughout the week, campers participated in six different leadership building workshops designed to strengthen their communication, teamwork, and planning skills. They also had the opportunity to talk with other chapters and gain inspiration for upcoming events in the new school year.

As for chapter connections, campers participated in lots of team bonding and trust building activities.

After each day winded down, nightly activities such as kickball and volleyball tournaments, karaoke, and other fun events were held.

The Todd Central chapter president Meredith Hampton had the honor to serve on the official Camp Council and assist in the flag-raising ceremony.

Overall, the week was filled with personal growth, leadership development, and lots of memories.
