The Rotary Club of Elkton started a new year with a change of command ceremony Saturday night.
Outgoing President Tony Prim welcomed Incoming President Kathy Morgan. Tiffany Groves and Kelvin DeBerry were also honored with the Rotarian of the Year award.
The Rotary Club of Elkton has served Elkton and Todd County since 1924. Each spring, the club hosts a scholarship auction. The organization also hosts the Firecracker 5K to raise money for new shoes for needy students.
The group meets each Wednesday at Noon at the Millken Memorial Community House in Elkton.
