Gerald Warfield, 62, of Guthrie

The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Mr. Gerald J. Warfield.

Gerald J. Warfield, of Guthrie, Kentucky, passed away on June 11, 2025. He was born on September 1, 1962 and is preceded in death by his father, Wallace Will Johnson and brothers, Marvin Warfield and David Warfield.

Gerald accepted Christ at an early age at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church and was educated through the Todd County School system. Gerald was affectionately known as “G” by friends and family and enjoyed fishing, spending time with loved ones, and cheering on his favorite team, the Seattle Seahawks.

Gerald is survived by his mother, Rose Hardy of Elkton, KY; wife, Tracey Warfield of Antioch, TN; a son, Taylor Warfield of Antioch, TN; a daughter, Angel Warfield of Springfield, TN; two grandsons, Ayden Warfield and A’Savion McMurray; two brothers, Leonard (Laurine) Warfield of Elkton, KY and Danyon Hardy of Marietta, GA; two sisters, Maxcine (Bobby) Wilcox of Smyrna, TN and Stacy (Victory) Warfield of Jackson, MS; a sister-in-law, Temisha Hardy of Clarksville, TN; a devoted friend, Maxine West of Clarksville, TN and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation with the family will be on Monday, June 23rd from 11:00 until funeral service time at 12:00 at the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Guthrie, Kentucky with Rev. Marius Beard officiating. Interment will follow at the Lesters Chapel Cemetery in Clarksville, Tennessee.
