The Todd County Extension Office has a new event this summer led by regional artist Elizabeth Curtis and her business, Liz’s Barn Quilts.
The Extension Office will host a Barn Quilt Paint Party with Liz on Tuesday, Aug. 19. Participants can choose from seven different barn quilt patterns and three different panel sizes. Paint colors will be chosen at the event. The price for a 2×2 foot panel is $130, 3×3 is $190 and 4×4 is $270. Prices include the primed board, all painting supplies and a complimentary lunch.
Drinks will not be provided but guests are welcome to bring their own. Participants are also asked to supply their own hair dryer and .94” Frog Tape.
Refunds will not be given if a registered guest misses the event, but alternate arrangements will be available.
Only 30 spots are available for this event and the extension office is currently accepting pre-registration. July 18 will be the last day to register and submit payment. Call the Todd County Extension Office at 270-265-5659 to claim a spot.
