A Todd County man was charged with assaulting his wife on US 68 in Todd County Friday morning.
Todd County Sheriff’s deputies say they responded to a report of a disturbance involving 39-year-old Henry Wilson, who assaulted his wife and threw her out of the vehicle on US 68.
He was later located and charged with fourth-degree assault, menacing, first-degree wanton endangerment, and third-degree terroristic threatening.
