Pennyrile Electric is continuing to make progress in restoring power to members across the service region, including in Todd County.
Vice-President of Member Services Brent Gilkey said major progress has been made since the storms rolled through Friday night and left several thousand members without power.
Gilkey added that nearly 200 workers have joined the effort to help restore power.
He adds they are continuing to work with HES Energynet to restore fiber internet service after electricity is restored to an area.
