Make it back-to-back regional championships for the Todd County Central Middle School boys soccer team. The Rebels picked up the title Thursday night by knocking off Muhlenberg County 4-1 in the regional championship match at Lee S. Jones Park in Eddyville.
Spencer Pool had a hat trick and Justin Reyes added the 4th goal for the Rebels.
In addition to winning back-to-back regional championships, this is Todd County Middle School’s 3rd appearance in the regional finals in the last 4 years.
The win also gives the Rebels a record of 14-3 for the season.
The win is a perfect sendoff for Coach Todd Mansfield, who is stepping away after nine seasons.
