Marlene H. Martin, 31, of Denver, PA passed away on Tuesday, May 6, at Skyline Hospital in Nashville, TN, due to injuries sustained in an accident.
Born in Brecknock Twp., she was the daughter of Annie M. Hoover Martin of Stevens, and the late Benjamin H. Martin.
Marlene was a homemaker and a member of Reidenbach Church in New Holland.
Surviving in addition to her mother are siblings, Daniel Martin and Lydiann Martin both of Denver, Phares Martin of Stevens, David husband of Edna Martin, Benjamin husband of Anna Martin and Jonathan Martin all of Elkton, KY, and Melvin Martin of Stevens. Also surviving is a niece, her grandmother, Lydia Martin, and her grandfather, Rufus Hoover. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Sarah Hoover and by her grandfather Rufus Martin.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, May 12, at 10:00 A.M. at the Reidenbach Mennonite Church, 125 Martin Road, New Holland, PA. Interment in the adjoining church cemetery. Visitation with the family will be held on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at her mother’s home at 1176 Peiffer Hill Road, Stevens, PA.
An additional viewing will be held, 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., Friday, May 9, 2025, at the Martin Residence, 290 John Hightower Rd., Trenton, KY 42286.
