A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for Monday morning to celebrate the upcoming building at Clifty School Park.
Todd County Emergency Management Director Ash Groves told Your WEKT News Edge the event will take place at 9:00 AM. The new community building will be constructed with funds received from Todd County Fiscal Court.
Groves added that the new building will be a 60’ x 80’ building attached to the current structure commonly referred to as the “Bluejay’s Nest,” with the intent to install a kitchen in the smaller space later.
The Clifty School Park board is a 501c3 non-profit and raises funds by renting out its facilities.
