As Todd County Schools wrap up the 2024-25 academic year, student athletes are wrapping up their seasons as well.
Superintendent Mark Thomas offers his congratulations to Todd County Middle School’s boys and girls soccer teams for finishing up another successful competitive season this spring.
He notes the middle school’s baseball team is getting ready to wrap up some last few games and enter their district play, and the high school’s baseball and softball teams have jumped into the thick of district competition with lots of games this week.
Thomas also offers his congratulations to TCCHS’s esports teams, who recently wrapped up their spring semester and year-long competitions. Three of the team’s leagues placed top in the state, with the Rocket league in the top 16 and the League of Legends and Mario Kart leagues moving on to quarterfinals and cementing their place in the state’s top eight.
While there are only a few more weeks of school left, the community still has some opportunities to see some home baseball and softball games and watch Todd County’s students showcase their talents.
