The Pennyrile Regional FFA Banquet was held Thursday night at the Caldwell County High School.
This annual banquet provides a time to recognize and honor FFA students from the regional FFA Chapters for their accomplishments over the past year. The Todd Central FFA Chapter had several members receive awards and also had the special honor of having one of their members installed as the President of the Pennyrile Region for the upcoming year. Todd Central FFA member Allie Clardy shared about being selected as the incoming President.
Clardy noted her goal while serving as President.
Meredith Hampton won first place in goat and sheep impromptu speaking and will be competing in the State Contest.
Mollie Skipworth was a regional officer this current year and is proud of the accomplishments she was a part of in the region.
Skipworth will be competing at the State Convention in two contest.
Skipworth shared her plans for the future.
Todd Central FFA Advisor Quashawn Quarles was proud to see his students be recognized for their hard work.
The Kentucky State FFA Convention will be held in June in Lexington.
