Blount Rural Health Offers Program For Recovering Parents

In addition to its many medical, dental and behavioral health programs, the Blount Rural Health Center offers a special program for parents recovering from substance abuse.

Led by Community Health Worker Marianna Sova, the Nurturing Parent class is a free 17-week program held at the new Todd County Library Mondays at 6 p.m. The current session began in January, but Sova says anyone is welcome to jump in at any time and no referral or registration is needed.
