Tuesday, Feb. 18 Marks Start Of FFA Week At TCCHS

Tuesday, Feb 18 marks the start of FFA week at TCCHS and the school has an exciting spirit week planned for students.

FFA week will kick off when students return to campus Tuesday with Duck Dynasty Day and a muddiest truck contest. Students are encouraged to dress straight out of Duck Dynasty and drive their muddiest truck to school.

Wednesday, Feb. 19 is the cleanest truck contest and students should dress as their favorite country artist.

Thursday, Feb. 20, students can pull up to school driving their favorite farm truck and dressed in vintage gold and blue FFA apparel.

Friday, Feb. 21 ends spirit week with Tractor Day and Dale Brisby Day. Students should dress in rodeo attire and drive their tractors to school. There will be a tractor contest for cleanest, oldest, biggest, smallest and dirtiest tractors.

Students can continue to show out for FFA through the weekend with an alumni appreciation dinner Saturday, Feb, 21 and “Church and Lunch” Sunday, Feb. 22, 10:30 a.m. at Sharon Grove Baptist Church, as the organization continues its tradition of visiting the FFA president’s church during FFA week.
