The holiday spirit is alive and well within the halls of South Todd Elementary, where first and second grade students recently wrote letters to Santa Claus.
What stood out in their letters was the great amount of love and care South Todd’s students have for others. Most students asked for gifts not only for themselves, but also for their siblings, parents and friends. Several students also took a moment to check in on Santa’s reindeer, asking how they’re doing and making sure he remembers to feed them.
The letters ended with a universal sentiment: nearly every student closed their letter to Santa with, “I love you.”
