The Todd County Rescue Squad is holding its annual pancake breakfast fundraiser Saturday, Dec. 14.
Cost for the breakfast is donation only – Rescue Squad Secretary Brandi Hembree says the group is fundraising for general upkeep of the station so that the volunteer organization can continue to service the community.
Rescue Squad members will be serving pancakes, eggs and sausage with the choice of milk, orange juice or water.
Hembree says Santa Claus will also make a special appearance at the event.
She adds Santa may also potentially have some friends with him, including a couple of elves and Frosty the Snowman.
The pancake breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. and will run until 11 a.m. with Santa’s appearance from 9-11 a.m. The event will be held at the Rescue Squad’s station at 185 Moe Lane in Elkton.
