An Elkton man was charged after he reportedly fled from law enforcement on Duke Street Sunday afternoon.
Elkton Police say they were called to the area for an unwanted subject and located 20-year-old Dylan Tomlinson, who had an active warrant for failure to appear in Todd County.
While approaching him, he reportedly fled on foot but was apprehended on Olive Street behind a home.
He was arrested on a warrant and additionally charged with third-degree fleeing or eluding police.
